Background:
Dan Rattner holds a joint appointment in the College of Professional Studies and College of Criminal Justice. He has over 30 years of experience managing functions at the federal, state and local levels of government, as well as in the private sector.
Dan’s public sector experience includes tenure in the Central Intelligence Agency, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety, and as a consultant to multiple municipal police agencies. He has also managed the Security, Risk Management and related Corporate functions in a number of high-profile multi-national corporations. Dan lectures internationally on a broad range of topics related to intelligence, public safety, and the changing roles of public and private sector entities in crime prevention, incident response and risk mitigation.
